Cost:
Cost for an Area Access Permit (AAP) is $20 per adult (17 and older). This permit is good for the weekend.
Children under 17 are free but must have an Area Access Permit to attend. Provide all names (including 16 years and younger) on the Area Access Registration Form. The Permit Fee is utilized to support requirements for supplies, labor, facility, equipment and other related expenses in support of Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR).
We will consolidate all participant Registration Forms. Access Permits will be distributed before the Rally begins. Each person MUST have an Area Access Permit to drive off the paved roads in the Training Areas.
It is a ticketable offense to travel on the reservation without these permits. Put your primary tow vehicle, trailer and historic vehicle on the Area Access Registration Form…in case of a breakdown and you have to drive up with a trailer to pick up your “warhorse.”
Unless you are a DoD military or Civilian, you will only be able to access via approved Access Control Points (ACP).
Be aware that your vehicles will be subject to inspection by the Provost Marshal and Gate Guards.
Non-DoD Civilians must carry with them:
